You could always talk to Libra Aviation Services. They use the HP DPlan/Libra system and provide it as a service to multiple customers.

Which W&B/Load Planning system do you use? I know that some can be 'tweaked' to individual customers requirements so that e.g. the individual position weight can be shown on the LDM.
