DUB is not completly closed but the radar is not...

DUB is not completly closed but the radar is not recieving transponder idents. FR and cancelled a lot of flights and there at least 3 hour delays on almost everything else.

Not too sure how often you are in DUB but the taxi times are not that long, it's busy here today and the average time from push to runway is 10 mins.

I can't comment on what you need to put on the BA form but I can tell you that EI will not be looking for cadets until the summer of 2003, and even then it will be only to fill places the come up...
