AFAIK it's to inform ATC in case of a crash...so hopefully they send enough ambulances...or in the worst case scenario...they find the right amount of bodies.

Doesn't have to be...... There are many different materials used for solid shot - depends on what effect you want or what you're attacking....

£600 is pretty steep Whirlygig - I have been quoted £400 for the R44, £490 for the 206 and only £460 for the EC120 (excl VAT).

So, for an extra £60ph, I can learn on...
