Single Pilot Exemption in Europe?

Curious if your seeing Citations pilots flying jets...Premiers or Citations in Europe, outside the states single pilot.

If airlines can figure a way to put 200 hour pilots in 747s, biz operators can figure out a way to put a PPL in a jet...one way is to simply give him another title and pay him as such 'consultant'...

Well....

Probably tried to fly it off, as opposed to abort and stop the aircraft...most likely lost an engine....
