Selling days off

Maybe if the guys at Sky did not sell back their days off and vacation then the basic pay would be raised to more realistic levels to attract the pilots they obviously need......just a thought :)

6 of our guys have just done their check ride and all 6 passed. As long as your company has prepared you and you realise that you are flying a scenario that JCAB require you should be fine.
