Red face Parc? Pay steals from its Pilots?

To fellow Parc pilots worldwide:

Please verify that your recent electronic paychecks from Parc Aviation have included the full amounts as required by your contracts. Numerous pilots have reported funds missing and we are trying to resolve exactly why Parc is not paying its pilots in full.

Numerous letters written to Parc have gone unanswered.

If Parc is not complying with your contract, please email the address below. If Parc continues to refuse to resolve its noncompliance, we are prepared to seek legal counsel to recover the missing funds.

Please respond here with a simple acknowledgment, so all of Parc's pilots can see the extent of the problem, then send an email to: [email protected].

Thank you!

....anyway, and imho that's for shure: the "OLD" (AerLingus) PARC is no longer comparable in all aspects with the "NEW" (OxfordAviationAcademy) PARC. It's different.
Everbody involved in this business knows well what I mean.
Eroding is the keyword here; eroding in all aspects. So I am not really surprised by Chatoshi's post

I never had any problems with PARC - but this was before OAA

Eroding-PARC

I can only support that: The old PARC Aviation was a guaranty for honesty, liability and fair treatment. In some cases they withdrawn Pilots from asignments when the Client Airline played dangerous games. That lookes diffrent now.

The new PARC--- Look into the fading conditions, the last TNT contract offer for B777 drivers, no replies to E-mails and phone callīs, and and and. That lookes for me like the rest of the Agentīs. You represent yourself and not they represent you. You are on your own if you have a issue during the assignment.

The only light at the end of the tunnel is: PARC is in Europe and the European Laws are better then the one in Vanatau or some other exotic places like Texas or.....

Fly safe and land happy

Not replying to emails seems to be endemic at Parc. This contract company has been a real disappointment, and I thought my first contract company was bad...

What a shame that the "new PARC" is dragging down the reputation of the "old PARC". I was employed by the original firm and was, probably, one of the best jobs in my career. Well paid, well organised & a delightful team to work for. When the Client company started to play up, we were quickly given the early warning by PARC & they tried very hard to re-locate or soften the blow as a three year contract looked set for only six months.
Shame on OAA for tarnishing the reputation of the once fine Company.

Parc always had a great reputation so I am severely disappointed. If anyone is considering signing a contract with Parc, I recommend a different contract company if one is available.

It's a shame as in the past I've really only heard good noises about Parc. Hopefully they get their act together again.
