If FR are the only airline that fly that route and you're staying near STN, then it looks like you don't have a lot of choice! As long as you know the rules of the game, it'll most likely be fine....

I made this same mistake twice - no one picked it up at security, or at passport control at the destination. I think you'll be fine, especially if it's an obvious slip.
