Yep.I believe it's the minimum quantity required for Gear operation.If it drops below this then it's a gravity extension job.

Any of you ATC people know the answer to this?
Is it the national territory out to the 12 mile(or is it 2 mile?)limit as per fishing rights etc?Or is it the entire area of an FIR?

Fastest Jet at Low Level?

So what was the fastest aircraft (IAS) flat out at low level ie. 500 feet agl or so?
Some numbers I've been given over the years by type qualified pilots-Phanthom 750 kts,F3 860kts, Buccaneer 560kts...

Anyone in EK able to tell me if there is a distinction in the routes flown by the 330 vs the 777.Does one or the other tend to do more long haul or is it a case of mix and match?
