I would love to agree with the above, but the reality is that you could have a Phd in all of the subjects and STILL fail the exams due to the often peverse wording and ambiguous answers in the JAA...

I don't recall what the exact stats are, but a very significant % of PPLs jack it in post-PPL; mainly due to the general poor cost/benefit ratio...
