Keep it simple (s).

Do the CPL s/e, its hard enough as it is, so dont create more problems for yourself. Another 10 or 15 hrs m/e will make no differance to the employer...

No EICAS doesnt on the 75 anyway.. .. .yes you do get tired, especiallly on long night flights. Adrenaline usually helps dont forget - and if you agree between you a quick nap usually does the trick.
