Talking Hot memory

Having a few probs with the PC,refuses to shut down automatically and crashes frequently.When rebooted I get the oops memory not well beeps.The memory chips are very warm to touch as well.Any ideas ?

Unhappy Report Leaving ?

Can you advise me of the correct time to report leaving a flight level after being instructed to do so by ATC.I seem to remember in the dim and distant past a figure of 200ft later.
