Do small steps, and don't look too much forward.
Go for modular. If you have money, you can slow down your training, or speed it up.

At the beginning, there was no chances, that I'll find a job, than, when OLT start's their short life, it was almost sure, that I'll have a job, because a lot of pilots, go for OLT....
