CAA website also lists if they can go FAA medicals from memory. The outift I use in London near Liverpool St station (Rood medical centre I think??) does FAA and CAA.

Be VERY careful about no showing for a leg of a flight. Generally the airline will cancel the onward connections and leave you stranded. Almost happened to me on a round the world ticket a few years...

As far as I was aware the only school in the UK that even came close to offering career support was OAT. Going on past experiences of ppruners posting on these forums this service had been focussed...
