A slight curved ball here but I beleive if one really gets technical the only 'legal' docs, in terms of CAA legislation, is the approach stuff published in the AIC or what ever their current name...

Fake pilots one thing, fake instructors/caa officials another thing, how do these guys get past the licencing authorities-trust me 4 hours in a sim and you have a pretty good idea of what you are...

Fuel prices change like the Roster and the ATIS. It pays to shop around and get some sort of commitment, all be it only an e mail, contact name and number etc. before leaving....
