My wife's doctor told her to keep O2 sats at 90 or above. That ruled out anything over about 7k feet msl without O2. We used portable O2 when we needed it. I already had a pulse oximeter.

Please try to avoid taking off with Flaps in a Twin Comanche. They make it nearly impossible to lift off above Vmc. The later factory POH lists flap setings for TO at 0-15. Optional.

Worse than that, it would be a regular trade war once some US congressman got involved. They would end up banning JAA and such licenses in reciprocity. It would get ugly really quickly.
