Yes that would be a great idea but it seems like most operators want you to have the instrument rating too. Even if you don't use it. Great idea though about being able to claim it back on tax.

Well I was thinking more on the lines of doing the MECIR and endorsement on the metro with them.

I attempted the instructor rating but I am no good at doing mass briefings so stopped half way...

Does anyone know if these people at Jet Flite are any good? They claim they can Guarantee Airline employment! Is it too good to be true? :suspect:

I already have a CPL with a few hundred hours...
