Hi Guys,

Lets say you start an ATPL(H) course by distance learning, and pass, finish etc If one then wanted to convert to an ATPL(A) would you only have to do those exams specific to fixed wing?

Hi Preduk. Im 28 so a bit of a late starter, so the air corps is out unfortunately. And yes they have a couple of heli's, EC135's & AW139 if i remember correctly.

Why is it always recommended that we do a left peddle ie for a spot turn, rather than a right peddle turn?? Something to do with tail rotor thrust?
