The Amsterdam Simulator is definitly just a Rumour, as it needs to run through Bombardier and they have no info except Burgess Hill, but even for that they doubt that it'll be running until the end...

maybe you're not up to date, but from July on the EU-OPS, will get active law in all european countries, which regulate the duty times quite restrictive.
