According to this Bombardier web page there's supposed to be one at CAE's facility at Burgess Hill, UK, from "end of Q3 2009" so if they stayed to plan it should running by now, or very soon (allowing for possible approvals delays).
I note, however, that the CAE simuflite page for Burgess Hill doesnt yet refer to this simulator. There are three unidentified cabs shown on the floor plan, though.

According last information from Bombardier in Dallas, they doubt that the simulator will be running this year at all, since no instructors started the training process yet, which should take them around 3 months. The simulator itself is ready for operation.
There are also rumours that Morristown is blocking the activation of the simulator, since their simulator is just booked 50%, so they don't want to destroy their own business.

The Amsterdam Simulator is definitly just a Rumour, as it needs to run through Bombardier and they have no info except Burgess Hill, but even for that they doubt that it'll be running until the end of 2010
