I've been in the cadet interview system since 1st stage last October and haven't had my management interview yet - It takes a while if you're resident in HK.

Apparently it takes about 8 months to get your grade 2 instructor rating and since your 42 month secondment only starts at grade 2, that puts the entire course duration at about 5.5 years! :eek:

Thanks for the info on the timescale, folks. I did my initial test nearly a month ago and stilll no word, so I've gotta get used to being in the dark for the next 5-6 months :sad:

Hi folks, I've done my initial test stage and I was wondering what the order is for the interview stages. I'd like to know what to prepare for! :confused:

When you say '2xth', does that mean 2nd or 20-somethingth?
