Pls advise-where in EU are best rules for heli ops from/to fields & elevated pads

Hi,
since in our country there is still no regulated rules for helicopter operations to/from elevated heliports, private fields and populated areas - I am looking for the best rules around the EU...

The original ones as I have heard is the same S.... as in 206.
And my back really hates the ones in 206....
