I don't know what your budget is, but Conklin & deDecker Associates Inc. provides the best helicopter specific comparison data and software I have come across. I have provided a link to all their products.

I agree with Rich, the cost data from C&D is the best available, and is far more independent than the numbers available from magazines (which are often just republished manufacturer data).

I also suggest that most helos can be compared relative to each other by looking at lease rates from the big operators. Generally, the cost to operate each type get reflected in the lease rates.
