How about talking to someone about changing your subjects and your difficulties, surely they will listen and be reasonable about it, as long as you're up-front, honest and willing to do something...

Agree with V2 - there are (and 1 less now...

Agree with V2 - there are (and 1 less now thankfully) a couple of bad apples, but other than that FTE is (other than the price-tag) ideal.
