So what does all this mean?

It's easy to say that the SO's won the case, but at the end of the day the company will now have to pay all eligible SO's as JFO's. Fine.

But what will they do...

I was recently offered a DESO on the 744 in the pax fleet and noticed a section in the employment offer regarding signing an authorization pertaining to flying the freighters.
