Agree. Romanian local Garmin map ROAD (not CN Europe NT) is topo and has wonderful details, coupled with Jepp airspace/database on map or GPS will work great.

There is a new VFR Chat - ICAO, made by Jepp for Romanian CAA, 1:500000. Don't know if is the scale, the amount of details looks insufficient for a true VFR flight, but well we are in the GPS era....
