Hi,
in which EASA nations are CAT III B No DH allowed? I remember in France it was not allowed, is it changed ? What about other counties?

Hi all !

My plane is a category C aircraft.
In a non-normal condition, for example a No flaps landing, my approach speed will be higher than normal and also higher than maximum speed for cat C....
