If you can commute try LGW they are always short! plus the benefits are a wide variety of destinations and you get an excellent chance of bieng kept on at the end of the season!

You really need to talk to your union. At my work place we change the services to allow crew breaks especially on short flights. Management at some airlines dont care about crew breaks they find...
