It appears that some use any excuse to push the QF/JQ barrow,. What Ultergra is quoting is completely irrelevant to the original question.

If the situation was that bad for a decision to be made to offload this PAX then Jetstar has to maintain a firm stand and insist that he be processed through the Courts. You can't have it both ways....

Great Barrier Airlines propeller came off in mid-air

Last Sunday 5/7/09 Trislander 11.30am flight to Auckland from Claris Airfield lost a propeller six minutes into flight.The plane made an emergency landing at Claris airfield.
