Jeppesen ATPL books from 2008 - are they outdated?

Hi,

I bought Jeppesen ATPL books 8 years ago for a theory course, however I never managed to pursue the exams and futher training until now.

These books have problably been written accordingly...

I did not pay attention or it wasn't clear on the slide and nobody asked for this clarification later. It is both safe and sensible to assume those numbers are before tax.
