Flying B200,was in Kabul nov 2005,must have seen you there,often found at Elbow room supporting the local imported Beer trade,or was it supporting up the bar,forget which.

Usually companies will only pay when on tour,some do offer retainers whilst off but subject to tax. $3500 about average.(includes s&T)
