Nothing has changed at CAL if anything it is getting worse, EXPATS are leaving in droves! This from friends that I have that are still there. My advice, there are better places to go than TPE!

I would not be too worried about the interview process at CAL, it is pretty straightforward. If you have done interviews before then CAL is no different. You will be interviewed by at least 5 people...
