Yes I know of one. Once returned to flying status had to see a CAA (UK) psychiatrist every six months for a couple of years and since then no problem.

I folloWed your link and couldn't find any "true figures" of spanish ATC salaries. I didn't ask about training costs, I don't see why they should be that much more in Spain than anywhere...
