Fisher - CAA forced to back down

Well, it took a little longer than anticipated but I have just heard from a fairly reliable source that, after a successful appeal under Reg 6, Steven Fisher has had his examiner authorisations restored. The lesson is obvious - if you don't like a CAA decision then launch a Reg 6 appeal, it doesn't cost anything and it appears that you're almost guaranteed to win.

He is a man of reputation over in Florida.

If you do a search in Wannabies he has some very unhappy customers over the years.

It goes to show that the rules are there to be obeyed by those who chose to obey them whereas those who are compulsively dishonest can get away with anything they want.

To the CAA, you have a respnosibility to fulfill, its about time you started living up to it.
