LASORS H1.10 says that not less than 15 hours are to be completed on a specific type within the previous 12 months for it to be included in the FI...

Instructor question

Typical low hours JAA CPL returns from the US to do the FI course. All previous hours have been completed in the Schweizer.

Returning to the UK, there's the choice of the 22 or the 300 to complete...

Southend

The Flight Centre (was Direct Helicopters) still operate out of Southend Airport I think?

I have no experience of Tiger and Helicentre, but can recommend Aeromega having done my CPL there.

I've taken the view that spreading my cash around for ratings etc in the pursuit of that elusive...

With the benefit of hindsight, I would definitely have applied to the armed forces! in fact, even now with a CPL, I'd still have a go if I wasn't over the age limit! (not by much though! )
