A320 Limitation diffrence ALT

Hey there,
anyone knows, whats the limit diff. we can have between two altimeter reading.on ground.

and between altimeter reading and airport elevation.on ground.

the procedures only apply for ground. Will it not happen on air???

well there's 13 female pilot in airasia. 2 expat....

well there's 13 female pilot in airasia. 2 expat. Canadian and Japanese. both of them on the B737. The rest are local. the rest on A320. : )

it says here FAC functions are :

I mean, are they really confident to take female pilots?some say..no. some say mas is still thinking about it.
