B200 N1 Guage

Hi Folks,
I think i have the answer to my question but here goes anyway.
What is the correct way to interpret the two dials on the N1 percentage guage (analogue) in a Kingair B200 ?

The township strip will not be a problem for any single, PA31's use the strip all the time, as with all bush strips do your homework. ;)

My reference to full flap for the landing was based on the conditions being gusting and more important crosswind. Does anyone feel that less than full flap should be used?? If so Why...
