O/T is only worked regurlarly by about 10% of the workforce. The other 90% don't do any, or very little at least.

This means that 90% of the workforce are loosing nothing...

Update from MEL

It has been confirmed that 5 of our brothers were docked 4 hrs of pay for refusing to park a 747-300 aircraft.

The facts are as follows:

VirginTech don't use or want ALAEA involved in their negotiations for pay and conditions for one very simple reason........they get paid more than anywhere else for one aircraft type.
