Does someone please have the website location of these publications? They detail incidents by a/c type and operator, and having searched the publications at srg.caa.co.uk, I can't find any reference to them.

This is the web site of the Air Accident Investigation Board in the UK and they publish a wide variety of reports, have you tried them?

They used to reach us in hard copy but are now sent out on CD.
When I can locate the latest version - today, I will see if there is any website reference & post again.
