Question LOAS

Any chaps there with some reference to LOAS (Line Oriented Assessment System)?
Need your help.

Do you mean Lisa which are non jeopardy safety audits run by third pilot on jump seat,if yes what do you need to know?

What does LISA stand for? It is similar though. Do you have any materials?

Line Operations Safety Audit (LOSA)

I think that the reference should have been to "LOSA" so LISA was either a typo or "tongue in cheek".
Airbus came out (briefly I believe) with their version of LOSA, called LOAS although it was associated only with Airbus product and differed in some of the characteristics.
Here are afew links that would be a good place to start if it is LOSA information that you are after. The ICAO Manual (ICAO Doc 9803) is another good source of bedtime reading.

This is an Airbus sponsored audit system similar to LOSA.

Easyjet in UK have used this audit system extensively but not sure if they still are using it as this was a couple of years ago.
