Airport/Airline security regs/pubs?

Folks, looking for some help please...

I'm trying to find chapter and verse regs on the safety regulations for flights in UK airspace; things like baggage screening, crew security, airside security etc etc. I've been trawling through the DfT and CAA websites but can't find anything other than the broadbrush CAP784 stuff.

I'm particularly interested in finding out how the regs apply to military cargo/transport aircraft and what, if any, dispensations there are.
