korean airlines ccc

hi! maybe somebody can help me on this: i remember having read about a programm by which professional pilots from a german carrier (lh?) are sent to korea to teach crew coordination concepts there. This was ment to reduce accidents happening due to a false understanding of cockpit hierarchy.
Anybody knows where i can find some info on this?

a false understanding of cockpit hierarchy
No. A culturally-entrenched cockpit heirarchy extant at the time (and probably now) perceived as a weakness by others from different cultures, but which, had it been treated positively rather than negatively and fostered as a means of avoiding certain classes of accident/incident, would be able to deliver similar levels of 'safety' to its western counterparts.
