Thumbs down females in Flight Deck

Hi All,Being an ol timer,17000hrstt,have much experience with Ladies in Flight Deck.IMHO best if they all stayed behind kitchen sink/pregnant etc...The closer we got to the ground, the more they would twitch/verbal dioherra, pain in the ass to fly with. All felt the world owed them a living(as pilots!).Couldnt carry out conversations because of frequent visits(for whatever reasons) to urinals.Far too sensitive to cricticise, would start weeping all over my flight deck...

Only good thing, they all got seriously pissed on nightstops and flattered my massive ego to all locals in bar!.CRM,have heard sommat about it,but you can keep that for all these new academy types flooding the industry with 200hrs t.t.Bring back flogging I say...

If the previous post generates a sensible discussion on cockpit interaction/CRM, we'll leave the thread to develop ... otherwise we'll move it to a more appropriate forum in the next few days.

Hey 'Ol timer,

Respect to your 17,000 hours but maybe you should add your comments to the post titled "Women in Cockpit" just a couple of doors down - the fishing might be better there. No disrespect whatsoever to your experience or flying ability but you might get a little beat up by those young pups who now outnumber you for your opinions on gender.

Angry

So no point in responding to the chauvinist....I guess you aren't too hot on CRM. Perhaps you need some hours in the kitchen.

Oh my God ---- and we have the fair sex flying space shuttles as well. Our 17,000 hour friend (fiend) will probably write that one off as its only a glider. Then there are the gals flying F14's etc off carriers in combat. Some of the best skydivers I knew were gals as well --- not much left in the world for a macho man is there?
