It's quite extraordinary. I remember when he came onto PPRuNe and his grandiose claims about buying the Delta Tri-Stars, remember Celtic Wings? Flying from PIK to PSE and hooking up with PanAm to Florida etc, etc. He fooled a lot of people because he had the airline executive speak. I have to say, I knew about him, (not the child abuse side) courtesy of the grapevine, I knew he was a Walter Mitty, but a dangerous one. He really was looking for moeny from pilots desperate to get a chance to fly the big iron.
I remember his Business plan which had a friend of mine listed as the chairman including his biography. The first my friend ever heard was when I showed it to him! He never met the guy!
He came across as being a harmless buffoon, but he wasn't.
You could see his dark and ugly side pretty clearly through his pretence at being Mr. Nice guy. He was viruntley anti-semitic and when 9/11 occured, he immediatly claimed it was the Israeli's!!
But these revelations about his sordid activites bring it to a whole other level. Surely there must be a case with these monsters of introducing chemical castration as well as just serving time? The killer of Holly and Jessica should get it and so should he. What a disgusting, sick man.

I weren't too keen on the tri stars the Guv was claiming he was going to use for his ficticious airline if they were anything like the Tri-stars EI used to lease from Caledonian. Flew in one to Shannon that was heading for New York. I thanked my lucky stars that I wasn't going to have to fly over the pond in the glued together oul bucket if it ever made it that far that day it is. Phew! Nearly needed an oxygen mask after the experience.

I'm appalled to hear what happened. This man is an absolutely despicable excuse for a human-being. To think that he molested this seven-year old girl. Not to mention the fact that he conned countless other people out of cash and deceived them into believing that he was an affluent airline executive.
The child-molestation charge is the most disgusting, and it is what makes my blood run cold. The fact that he molested a child. She was only seven years old
. People like that make me ashamed to even be a human-being.

Well, I said from the beginning that he was a con - and he didn't like it. Unfortunately I didn't have the resources to do much about it. I was shocked to read how he tried to intimidate you Danny and I admire you for your courage and perseverance with those threats hanging over you. My association with Robertson was limited (thankfully) to speaking about CL-44 parts which he claimed he owned in the USA-alas on this occasion he spoke the truth-probably the only time he ever has done!

I was last here a couple years ago and remember reading the gov's posts and thinking he was a smart ass know it all.
I was shocked to read what he really is and as a father of a 14 yr old daughter, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selfless tireless work in getting this sick perverted piece of **** off the street.

Well done Danny...what an amazing story of sheer determination and conviction to nail this b@stard, who has adversely affected so many lives. Someone suggests on here that he take a jar of Vaseline with him into prison...sorry no luxuries. Let him suffer.

Danny and everyone else involved - you have my total admiration and complete and utter respect.
I've kept an interested eye on developments with this sickening scumbag over the past years and I'm really glad that a quite clearly sick individual, is now incarcerated where he so rightly belongs.

Man, its good to hear stuff like this - well done Danny. I had bumped into this guy on a South-African webforum and found his Lionair claims difficult to believe but I had no idea just how warped an individual he really is...

I think if we are all honest, not many of us would have had the tenacity and sheer fortitude to keep up the trail, as well as doing the day job, not to mention the Pprune!
As one, I suspect, of many who were completely taken in by the Bar Steward's glib postings - never really took an interest, just assumed he was another pruner with attitude - may I reiterate what so many have said already.
