O'Hare incident on September 15th, 2002
All;
Anybody, especially the United folks, have any idea why multiple Fire Trucks, Support vehichles, Police etc were at C-26,perhaps C-24 today at around 11:30am parked next to a 757 or 767?
The plane looked fine and as I was taxying by on an outbound flight, I was just wondering if anybody knew what happened, or didn't.
Thanks
Andy

On any given day at O'hare there are multiple occurences of ARF equipment being called out. It happens so often that it is almost a normal sight.

If everything else looked OK then it may have been a fuel spill.
Not a drama in itself if it is quickly contained and the spillage is wahed away, which is what the Fire department do quite frequently.
