Emergency at Cape Town (FACT) ?.

Does anyone know why Cape Town’s main runway has been closed this afternoon? The notice published for the public by ACSA merely refers to an aircraft that developed “technical issues” as a result of which the runway was closed to be cleaned.

Apparently, a TAAG 737 spilled hydraulic fluid on the runway. No link, but I have it on good authority.
