Flightline flight missing

Flightline flight missing
Just heard an unconfirmed report that a Flightline flight (presumably private charter) from Barcelona to Gibraltar is supposedly missing. All American citizens on board. Has anyone heard anything about that?

But it's not clear if this is the UK's Flightline. I thought they only had BAe 146s, which is not consistent with a "small private aircraft carrying 10 people". Maybe a Spanish air taxi outfit?
