It does. No great surprise here and I doubt it will be the last bad news this quarter.
Good luck to all.

It is bound to spill over to 10 times that number and others will then follow.. So prepare yourself to a significant reduction in your standard of living all the way down to those that can't survive such a reduction.

Aren´t we all reading the future in the guts of a dead chicken, like the Romans did in their days? The way it looks, the virus is spread much further, with no end in sight. All we do, is guessing, and hoping this is only a bad dream, and not true. If not all countries open their borders and declare their country as virus free, no normal air traffic will be possible. For the time being I fear we see the end of a era, the end of unlimited world-wide travel. I fully agree with lomapaseo´s statement, there is no improvement in sight, things will get even worse.

Some flesh to put on your dead chicken.
Its behind a paywall but usually can be accessed if you google the headline.

I don’t know about declaring virus free but many countries are opening their borders or preparing to. This is surely its greatest crisis but TUI seem to be serious about doing what it takes to restart holidays just as soon as it’s safely possible.
