Exactly. My uncle died in this accident, I have a faint memory of the moment when my mom learned of the tragedy over the phone. My cousin, in association with the other families, have always demanded a real investigation to be made, or at least that the French gov.t changes their attitude of denial and dismissal. Nothing of that happened so far.

I thought the fuel pumps were changed slightly? The details weren't something we cared about except that the pumps didn't have to have 1,000 lbs remaining when they were shut off anymore.
