Thumbs up

Thanks for the info Foxmouth, agree entirely with your closing remark. I never saw one, and know many colleagues in the same boat. Maybe the forms didn't get to all the outstations, I don't know. Anyway, I for one am happy with my lot...don't think grass is any greener elsewhere

A question for 411A. What do you do, and why are all your posts about professional flight crew so negative?

Just curious, you understand.

'goldballs':

Sorry, old chum, but you seem to have been suffering from a severe dose of "Foot in Mouth" disease since your first posting in reply to this thread.

Some of our management might see this sort of "head in the sand" attitude as being just the sort of person they might want for career progressment to, let's say, a training post.

Fortunately for all of us, the management that matter will always go for experience, and people who check their "facts", first. 'Foxmoth' was correct, the survey did indeed have ".....a fairly high take up".

Oh, and remember, 'zog' started the mud-slinging first! And I do think 'zog' is an ar$e in posting his disfaction with his job here!

Dear "I'm pi$$ed off", don't know what I've done to upset you, must be the green eyed monster I suppose. I've already explained that I did not intend to mislead, and MANY of us knew nothing about this survey, thereby making it unrepresentative of the company as a whole. What else can I say

Interesting that you have just re-registered today under this additional name...wonder why

ps. As it's you, you ought to know better, there's no such word as progressment - you mean progression. And I think dissatisfaction not disfaction. Toodle Pip

Cool

Enjoy the equipment, enjoy the base enjoy the routes and delighted that I have a job that pays me at the end of the month. Didn't see the survey probably wouldn't have had time to fill it in anyway.

With the shorthaul fleet about to be replaced by brand new aircraft; mixed fleet flying; varied and interesting destinations as well as very friendly people to work with I would say that AIH is a fairly good outfit to be with. We have to put up with the occasional roster disruption but surely that is to be expected with a charter outfit.
