Wink Concorde

If anyone is interested concorde will be at RAF Brize Norton, from Monday.
It is being tested and will do a few test flights next week out of Brize.
Monday it will be going from LHR to JFK, about 1 1/2 hours into the flight it will turn back to Brize Norton.
So, a good opportunity to get some pictures if your into that sort of thing lol.
If there is any more info I will post it here.

I understand Monday 9th was the orignial target date but I think this may have been put back a few days. It will be all over the media on the day to happens so I suggest you don't make the trip to LHR or brize until you know for sure they are flying.

Cool

Brings to mind an incident during initial certification flights in the mid 70s. Newspapers had announced that Concorde would
begin test flights along the coast Tuesday.
Nearly One Hundred telephone calls had been received by news organizations complaining about jet noise. But because of bad weather the test flights had been canceled.
